Building a base, again.
It has been no secret that I have let my training slip over the past few months. I think maybe my body needed a rest after a couple years of constant pounding. Well, it is time to get back on the horse and re-build a fitness base. I had a solid week of training with a couple sessions in the pool, many bike rides, and many runs. We have a week of vacation coming up, I will have to get creative so that I don’t lose any steam.
I travelled 187kms during my training this past week.
