Too hot to train?
I waited for hot weather for months, the wait is over. The problem is that it was too hot this past week to do any meaningful training. With the humidity, the temperature was between 35C – 40C all week. On Wednesday I ran 12kms. It was a combination of sprints and base training. When I was doing the workout I felt ok, afterwards not so much. I think it took me a couple of days to get my feet back under me.
We finally got some rain on Saturday. It had seemed like forever since we had gotten any significant precipitation. My weeds in the backyard were having trouble growing :).
The garage has become a staging area for the upcoming moves for the kids. There are two piles, one for each move. Anyone feel like helping out this time around? It pays well, NOT!
